We are seeking an entry-level or experienced Fire Alarm and Security Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
– Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems
– Install, maintain, and repair security, access control, and IP cameras.
– Interpret schematics and blueprints to determine the layout of wiring
– Conduct inspections and testing
– Troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
– Utilize voltmeters and hand tools for installations and repairs
– Provide excellent field service to clients

The Office Assistant plays a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. This is an in-person position, and the successful candidate is expected to be in the office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and coordinating field crews
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with preparing invoices, purchase orders, and basic reports
- Order materials and supplies for projects and office needs
- Maintain inventory control, including tracking, organizing, and restocking materials
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization
- Support accounting, payroll, and HR tasks as needed
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff
- Occasionally lift and move materials weighing 20–30 pounds
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude
- Physically able to lift 20–30 pounds as required
